Delivery Information

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days. Shipping is free for orders over 100€. For orders under 100€, the delivery price depends on the size of the ordered product. 
  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package’s progress.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Policy: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization.
  • Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item and will send a replacement at no additional cost.
